ZBrillante complies with Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and its supplementary regulations. We process personal data to provide and manage services, invoicing, and legitimate commercial communication.

What rights do I have?

Response timeframes

We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable regulations; in general, processing begins within 10 business days and is completed depending on complexity.

International transfers

In case of international transfers, we adopt appropriate security measures and comply with legal requirements for data protection.

Terms of contracting and consumer rights (Law No. 24,240)

All services, development, or contracts offered by ZBrillante shall be governed by the agreed written terms and by applicable consumer protection legislation where applicable. Warranties for services and resolutions apply in accordance with current regulations.

• Payments:Invoicing is according to the agreement and employment terms.
• Support:Periods and scope described in maintenance contracts.

Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum that may correspond. For consumer claims, the administrative and judicial mechanisms provided in the Consumer Defense Law will apply.
