Terms of contracting and consumer rights (Law No. 24,240)
All services, development, or contracts offered by ZBrillante shall be governed by the agreed written terms and by applicable consumer protection legislation where applicable. Warranties for services and resolutions apply in accordance with current regulations.

- Payments:Invoicing is according to the agreement and employment terms.

Jurisdiction and dispute resolution
The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum that may correspond. For consumer claims, the administrative and judicial mechanisms provided in the Consumer Defense Law will apply.
